Effects
Once per day, the command word can be spoken in order to turn the device on. It will then emanate a call to all serpents within a mile with a promise of food and warmth.
It also allows some small degree of control over them, but the command can only be set when the item is activated.
The effect lasts for 4 hours or until the command word is used again.
