The Accursed of Eshym
It is said that catfolk originate from a long-lost land in the old world. The story says a cruel queen antagonized a powerful sphinx. It cursed her to live on the streets as a cat in order to learn the struggles of her people, and when the curse ended, some traits remained and were passed down her bloodline.
A Varied People
All manner of traits can manifest itself in catfolk. Most of them closely resemble humans, but with some feline traits such as cat-ears or tails. There are also variations with fur either in patches or covering the entire body. Some also grow cat-like fangs or claws and might have more feline facial features.
